11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
Một là, làm rõ cách tiếp cận về GDPL trên cơ sở quyền con người và quyền, nghĩa vụ của NLĐ;
Hai là, xác định được và làm sâu sắc hơn cơ sở lý luận về GDPL cho NLĐ ở Việt Nam qua việc trong nghiên cứu không chỉ đề cập đến kết quả mà làm rõ các yếu tố đặc thù của NLĐ và GDPL cho NLĐ; phân tích, đánh giá một cách khoa học dưới tác động của nhân tố khách quan, chủ quan làm tiền đề thực tiễn để rút ra bài học kinh nghiệm và đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả công tác này;
Ba là, phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng làm rõ bức tranh tổng thể về GDPL cho NLĐ ở Việt Nam. Trong đó, đặt GDPL cho NLĐ trong bối cảnh Việt Nam đang hội nhập sâu và ra nhập các Hiệp định thương mại có liên quan đến NLĐ. Đồng thời, phân tích, đánh giá hệ thống thực trạng pháp luật về GDPL nói chung, cho NLĐ nói riêng, văn bản pháp luật tác động trực tiếp đến NLĐ; thực trạng tổ chức GDPL cho NLĐ; làm rõ những kết quả đạt được và những vấn đề còn là điểm nghẽn, khoảng trống, những khó khăn, vướng mắc cần phải khắc phục trong thời gian tới.
Bốn là, đưa ra các khuyến nghị về mặt khoa học thông qua việc xây dựng các quan điểm, yêu cầu, đề xuất và luận giải hệ thống các giải pháp theo hướng tiếp cận quyền cho NLĐ; trên cơ sở xác định rõ yêu cầu, bối cảnh tác động tới GDPL cho NLĐ trong doanh nghiệp ở Việt Nam hiện nay .
12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn (nếu có): Kết quả nghiên cứu của Luận án góp phần bổ sung, củng cố cơ sở lý luận khoa học cho việc hoàn thiện, đảm bảo tính phù hợp, khả thi và nâng cao hiệu quả công tác GDPL cho NLĐ trong các doanh nghiệp ở Việt Nam hiện nay theo hướng đảm bảo quyền quyền con người, quyền, nghĩa vụ của NLĐ;
13. Các hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo (nếu có): với mục đích nghiên cứu góp phần xây dựng, hoàn thiện thêm cơ sở lý luận của GDPL cho NLĐ trong các doanh nghiệp ở Việt Nam; đánh giá thực trạng GDPL cho NLĐ trong các doanh nghiệp. Trên cơ sở đó, luận án sẽ đề xuất một số quan điểm và giải pháp về nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả công tác GDPL cho NLĐ trong các doanh nghiệp ở Việt Nam hiện nay. Kết quả nghiên cứu của Luận án là tiền đề, gợi mở những vấn đề cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu trong thời gian tới để đảm bảo quyền quyền con người, quyền, nghĩa vụ của NLĐ. Tuy nhiên, để thực hiện được điều đó cần có nhận thức sâu sắc, toàn diện, vào cuộc mạnh mẽ của các cấp, các ngành, các chủ thể GDPL và NLĐ; tổ chức thực hiện tốt các giải pháp, tháo gỡ những điểm nghẽn, bổ sung, hoàn thiện những khoảng trống về pháp luật và tổ chức GDPL cho NLĐ để thực sự NLĐ được bảo đảm quyền con người, quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của công dân, thực hiện nghĩa vụ của NLĐ; họ sẽ là lực lượng quan trọng góp phần thực hiện thành công mục tiêu tại Nghị quyết Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIII của Đảng đến năm 2045 (kỷ niệm 100 năm lập quốc) “trở thành nước phát triển, có thu nhập cao”.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
First, clarify the approach to legal education on the basis of human rights and employees’ rights and obligations;
Second, identify and deepen the theoretical basis of legal education for employees in Vietnam through the fact that the research not only mentions the achieved results but also clarifies the distinguished factors of employees and legal education for them; analyze and evaluate scientifically under the influence of objective and subjective factors. All of that are practical premise to draw experience lessons and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of this legal education;
Third, analyze and evaluate the actual situation to clarify the overall picture of the legal education for employees in Vietnam. Accordingly, put legal education for employees in the context that Vietnam is deeply integrating and accede to commercial Agreements related to employees. At the same time, analyze and evaluate systematically the actual situation of legal education in general; legal education for employees in particular, and legal documents that affect directly employees; actual situation of organizing legal education for employees; clarify the achieved results and problems, which are still bottlenecks, gaps, difficulties and obstacles that need to be overcome in the coming time.
Fourth, propose scientific recommendations by the formulation of viewpoints, requirements, proposals and systematic explanations of solutions in the direction of approaching workers’ rights; on the basis of clearly defining requirements and contexts affecting the legal education for employees in enterprises in Vietnam today.
12. Practical applicability, if any: The research results of the dissertation contribute to supplementing and consolidating the scientific theoretical basis for the completing and ensuring the suitability, feasibility and efficiency of legal education for employees in enterprises in Vietnam at present in the direction of ensuring human rights, rights and obligations of employees;
13. Further research directions, if any: For the purpose of research, the dissertation contribute to developing and completing the theoretical basis of legal education for employees in enterprises in Vietnam; assess the actual situation of legal education for employees in enterprises. Based on that, the dissertation will propose some viewpoints and solutions on improving the quality and efficiency of legal education for employees in enterprises in Vietnam now. The research results are the premise that suggest issues needed to be further researched in the future to ensure human rights, rights and obligations of employees. However, in order to do that, it is necessary to have a deeper, comprehensive awareness and powerful participation of political entities at all levels and fields in charge of legal education and employees; organize effectively the implementation of solutions which help to remove bottlenecks; fill and seal the legal gaps; and organize legal education activities for employees. Through that, employees can be guaranteed their human rights, lawful rights and interests of citizens, perform the obligations of employees. They will be an important force contributing to the successful implementation of the goal set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam Communism Party: “To 2045 (the 100th anniversary of the founding of the country), Vietnam become a developed, high-income country.”
