– Phân tích các vấn đề lý luận làm cơ sở hoàn thiện pháp luật trong lĩnh vực du lịch, đó là: Các khái niệm, đặc điểm, vai trò, nội dung của du lịch và pháp luật về du lịch; khái niệm, yêu cầu, điều kiện và tiêu chí xác định mức độ hoàn thiện của pháp luật về du lịch.

– Phân tích thực trạng pháp luật trong lĩnh vực du lịch ở Việt Nam hiện nay: trong đó nêu khái quát về sự hình thành và phát triển của pháp luật trong lĩnh vực du lịch qua các giai đoạn từ 1960 đến trước 1986, từ 1986 đến trước 1999, từ 1999 đến trước 2005, từ khi ban hành Luật Du lịch 2005 đến nay; đánh giá chung và đánh giá cụ thể một số nội dung cơ bản của pháp luật trong lĩnh vực du lịch ở Việt Nam hiện nay; phân tích nguyên nhân của những hạn chế, bất cập.

– Trên cơ sở nêu lên sự cần thiết hoàn thiện pháp luật trong lĩnh vực du lịch ở Việt Nam hiện nay, luận văn đưa ra phương hướng, mục tiêu và một số giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện pháp luật trong lĩnh vực du lịch.

12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: Sử dụng làm nguồn tài liệu tham khảo cho cơ quan nhà nước trong việc nghiên cứu sửa đổi Luật Du lịch và các dự án luật có liên quan.

– Analysis of the theoretical issues as a basis for improving the law in the field of tourism, namely: The concept, characteristics, role and content of the travel and tourism legislation; concepts, requirements, conditions and criteria for determining the level of perfection of the legislation on tourism.

– Analysis of the current situation in the field of law in Vietnam tour now: which provides an overview of the formation and development of legislation in the field of tourism over the period from 1960 and before 1986, from 1986 prior to 1999, from 1999 to before 2005, since the promulgation of the Law on Tourism 2005 until today; joint assessment and evaluation in some detail the basic content of the law in the field of tourism in Vietnam today; analyze the cause of the limitations and shortcomings.
