          The thesis research has been done based on the fundamental, systematic theoretical basis, practical examination and processing of legal documents.

         The findings of the thesis resulted in several of the latest scientific and practical aspects as follows:

          First of all, systematizing the theories of inspection and processing legal documents.

          Secondly, the situation, the achievements and shortcomings in inspection, handling legal documents have been analyzed and assessed.

           Last but not least, a number of the feasible solutions have been proposed in order to improve the effectiveness of inspection and processing legal documents at the Ministry of Home Affair in the future.
