Với những kết quả đạt được của luận văn, tác giả hi vọng rằng có thể tiếp tục nghiên cứu về vấn đề bảo vệ các quyền con người bẳng các chế định khác trong lĩnh vực tư pháp hình sự để từ đó thấy được tính nhân đạo của pháp luật hình sự Việt Nam, phù hợp với sự tiến bộ với pháp luật các nước trên thế giới.

Thesis analyzes, reviews and links between institutions exclude cases of criminal liability for the protection of human rights by the rule in order to contribute to the humanitarian policy of the criminal law in Vietnam Male. Based on a systematic analysis of the provisions of the Criminal Code current Vietnam, as well as the draft of the Criminal Code of Vietnam (amended in 2015) on the preparation for the case to exclude criminal liability, thesis found some exist, limitations and shortcomings in the provisions of the Criminal Code Vietnam since 1999 to come up with some solutions and proposals for improvement regulatory exclusion cases criminal liability in criminal law Vietnam to strengthen protection of human rights on two aspects:
First, complete the provisions of the criminal law of the case rules exclude criminal liability.
