11. Mục đích và nhiệm vụ của luận văn
Luận văn có mục đích tổng quát là nghiên cứu các nội dung, tình hình thực tiễn của tòa án trong hoạt động giải thích pháp luật; đề xuất các giải pháp hoàn thiện để cho hoạt động này đi vào cuộc sống và đạt hiệu quả cao, góp phần tăng cường pháp chế và bảo vệ trật tự pháp luật.
Với mục đích nêu trên, luận văn có những nhiệm vụ cơ bản sau đây:
– Xây dựng và làm rõ các khái niệm và nội dung có liên quan; tìm hiểu nội dung các quy định của pháp luật, cách thức tiến hành ở một số nước trên thế giới để tìm ra những bài học kinh nghiệm cho Việt Nam. Từ đó, xây dựng cơ sở lý luận của hoạt động giải thích pháp luật
– Đánh giá thực trạng cơ sở pháp lý và tình hình thực hiện hoạt động giải thích pháp luật ở Việt Nam qua các giai đoạn lịch sử để tìm ra những tồn tại và nguyên nhân; xây dựng cơ sở thực tiễn của hoạt động giải thích pháp luật của Tòa án
– Đề xuất những quan điểm, giải pháp và kiến nghị cụ thể nhằm hoàn thiện hoạt động giải thích pháp luật của tòa án ở nước ta hiện nay, phù hợp với điều kiện kinh tế, xã hội và chủ trương xây dựng nhà nước pháp quyền xã hội chủ nghĩa của dân, do dân, vì dân
12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn
Kết quả nghiên cứu của Luận văn sẽ góp phần hoàn thiện cơ sở lý luận và thực tiễn của hoạt động giải thích pháp luật của tòa án và có thể dùng làm tài liệu tham khảo cho việc nghiên cứu và giảng dạy; đồng thời, là tài liệu tham khảo cho các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân trong hoạt động xây dựng pháp luật, thực hiện pháp luật và giám sát việc thi hành pháp luật.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Thesis general purpose is to study the content, the real situation in the operation of the courts interpret the law; proposed solutions to complete this activity into life and high efficiency, contributing to enhanced protection
legislation and legal order.
For this purpose, the thesis has the following basic tasks:

12. Pratical appicability, if any:
