– Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu lý luận và thực tiễn pháp luật, thực trạng trong việc bảo đảm quyền con người của người bị tạm giữ, bị can, bị cáo trong tố tụng hình sự Việt Nam, Luận văn đã làm rõ những khái niệm, quy định, quan điểm, định hướng của Đảng và Nhà nước ta về bảo đảm quyền con người của người bị tạm giữ, bị can, bị cáo; các quy định của một số điều ước quốc tế về quyền con người của người bị tạm giữ, bị can, bị cáo và quy định về quyền con người của người bị tạm giữ, bị can, bị cáo theo Luật tố tụng hình sự Việt Nam.
– Luận văn đã đưa ra thực trạng bảo đảm quyền con người của người bị tạm giữ, bị can, bị cáo của các cơ quan tiến hành tố tụng trong việc điều tra, truy tố, xét xử các vụ án hình sự trên địa bàn tỉnh Đắk Lắk; Đồng thời phân tích các quy định của BLTTHS về bảo đảm quyền con người của người bị tạm giữ, bị can, bị cáo trong một số trường hợp cụ.
