11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
– Luận án tạo nền tảng lý luận về pháp luật và thực tiễn về hoàn thiện pháp luật CTKLM trong lĩnh vực SHCN.
– Luận án đã phân tích, chỉ rõ các tiêu chí hoàn thiện của pháp luật CTKLM trong lĩnh vực SHCN và những điều kiện đảm bảo cho việc hoàn thiện pháp luật CTKLM trong lĩnh vực SHCN trong điều kiện cụ thể của Việt Nam.
– Luận án đưa ra những giá trị tham khảo có thể vận dụng trong quá trình xây dựng và hoàn thiện pháp luật về xử lý hành vi CTKLM trong lĩnh vực SHCN ở Việt Nam.
– Luận án đã đề xuất các quan điểm và nhóm giải pháp góp phần hoàn thiện pháp luật CTKLM trong lĩnh vực SHCN nhằm đáp ứng đòi hỏi của thực tiễn và các yêu cầu trong các cam kết quốc tế mà Việt Nam là thành viên.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
Firstly, the thesis has studied and introduced the concept of unfair competition law in the field of industrial property. Accordingly, the dissertation analyzes the characteristics, the content groups and the role of the law to protect the industrial property rights, the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations, and the rights of consumers to create healthy business environment.
Secondly, the thesis has analyzes and clarified the complete criteria of unfair competition law in the field of industrial property and the conditions ensuring the improvement of the law in Vietnam’s specific conditions.
Thirdly, the thesis has codified the basic contents of the unfair competition acts law in the field of industrial property. The dissertation has identified the inadequacies of the law on unfair competition acts. Then, the thesis has proposed solutions to improve these provisions in Vietnam today.
Fourthly, the dissertation has proposed opinions and solutions to contribute to the improvement of Vietnam’s law on unfair competition acts in the field of industrial property to meet the demands of the reality and the requirements of international commitments of Vietnam as a member.
12. Practical applicability
The dissertation can be used as a reference for research, teaching and learning activities in law and justice training institutions, intellectual property rights enforcement organizations and lawmakers.
