11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của Luận án:
Thứ nhất, Luận án nhận diện được các xu hướng, cách tiếp cận mới ở một số quốc gia ĐNA và ở Việt Nam trong bảo vệ CĐTS trong CTCP. Luận án góp phần làm rõ cơ sở lý luận của bảo vệ CĐTS trong CTCP ở Việt Nam và một số nước ĐNA như: Thái Lan, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia; phương thức bảo vệ CĐTS ở Việt Nam cũng như các nước trên. Luận án phân tích được hệ thống pháp luật của các nước được đem so sánh với Việt Nam, và cùng chung thuyết nghiên cứu là thuyết hợp đồng và có điểm chung của các nước là xem công ty là hành vi pháp lý.
Thứ hai, Luận án nhận diện các thành tựu cũng như các hạn chế của pháp luật Việt Nam về việc bảo vệ CĐTS trong CTCP và kinh nghiệm điều chỉnh, thực hiện pháp luật về bảo vệ CĐTS ở một số nước ĐNA thông qua việc phân tích so sánh các quy định pháp luật của các nước Thái Lan, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia.
Thứ ba, Luận án xây dựng cơ sở lý luận cho việc hoàn thiện pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ CĐTS trong CTCP, trên cơ sở kinh nghiệm lý luận và thực tiễn trong nước và một số nước ĐNA.
12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: Luận án là tài liệu tham khảo cho các nhà quản lý doanh nghiệp cũng như cho chính cổ đông thiểu số trong quá trình bảo vệ quyền lợi chính đáng của mình. Luận án cũng là tài liệu nghiên cứu, học tập cho sinh viên chuyên ngành kinh tế.
13. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo: Nhu cầu và thực trạng về pháp luật điều chỉnh bảo vệ cổ đông thiểu số theo Luật DN 2020. Những vấn đề pháp lý khi so sánh pháp luật về bảo vệ cổ đông thiểu số theo LDN 2020 với một số quốc gia khác trong khu vực.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
There are three key findings in this thesis.
First,the thesis identified trends and new approaches in some countries in South East Asia and Vietnam in protecting minority shareholders in joint-stock corporations. The thesis contributed to clarifying theoretical frameworks andmeasures for protecting minority shareholders in joint-stock corporations in Vietnam and some Southeast Asia countries such as Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines.
Second, the thesis also identified achievements as well as shortcomings of Vietnam laws on protecting minority shareholders in joint-stock corporations and experiences in adaptation and law enforcement regarding protecting minority shareholders in some countries in Southeast Asia.
Third, the thesis built a theoretical foundation for completing protecting minority shareholders in joint-stock corporations, based on theoretical and practical experiences in Vietnam and some countries in Southeast Asia.
12. Practical applicability: The thesis is a source of references for business managers as well as for minority shareholders in protecting their lawful rights. It is also a useful research and study material for students majoring in economics.
13. Further research directions, if any: Further research should focus on the need and current status of the laws governing the protection of minority shareholders under the Law on Enterprises 2020 and legal issues in comparing the Act on minority shareholder protection under Law on Enterprises 2020 with some other countries in the region.
